Frequency 27575 kHz AM 27,575 27.575MHz AM Channel 14 up one band 27.125 MHz up one band. Popular American CB radio freeband frequency out of band CB radio chatter 27575 and 27585 are both technically assigned to U.S. Government stations under the NTIA regulations.
Stations talking about Kentucky, references to '71' - likely Route 71, could be US-71 or I-71, unsure. Good signals, at least 4 different stations noted. Some pretty severe QRM from 27.570 MHz USB and 27.580 MHz LSB (less pronounced than 27570 USB). The band is nice and open relatively early with European stations and American stations coming in together within the legal CB band, plus outside the band as well. The 27.505 MHz paging signals are absolutely booming in, as are Italian and Spanish speaking European stations in AM and FM and SSB modes. 27.025 MHz AM, 27.085 MHz AM, 27.265 MHz AM and 27.285 MHz AM also blasting through. Lots of FM activity, 27.255 MHz FM seems to have a repeater active on it, same with 27.055 MHz FM (CB Channel 8 FM repeater parrot repeater simplex repeater 27055 FM 27255 repeater CB channel 23). Little to no RCRS activity
