XLR8 6925 USB 2258 UTC 25 Jun 2014

OM talking about electronic music synthesizers. Very interesting... a topic of interest to me: http://www.blackcatsystems.com/ipad/complex_sound_synthesizer.html

Fairly weak, SIO 322 and a lot of t-storm static. I wish reception was better, this is a cool program.

2258 sign on as per the SDR recording.
2320 XLR8 ID
2324 Off

Very cool show, XLR8. Maybe you'll get the chance to replay it, when conditions are better... :-)

Not a bad signal here but the noise is brutal. Now talking about the "wave envelope". S-5

Barely above the QRN, but improving.
Interesting and informative program about digital music.

2303 - some talk and music
2303 - now flute
2304 - a guy talking about a synthesizer and giving examples thereof...
2311 - hearing more music just above the noise, oriental style...
2313 - mention of digital synthesizer... 1, 2, 3... different pitches and tonalities
2320 - Positive ID by OM as "XLR8"
2320 - into more music
2324 - Positive ID by OM as "XLR8 - Accelerate..."
2324 - S/Off - QRT

Thanks XLR8
:)

Weird stuff. Definitely very vintage sounding, like a 70's era, maybe 80's educational recording about synthesizers. In and out of tremendous static at S6. 23:15 I just heard mention of "disco". I better tell Assistant Stephen to tune in. Was that an XLR8 ID at 23:20??
