0116Z Off suddenly.
0119Z 35543 S5 On for about 15 seconds, then off again.

I heard someone talking about the universe but I could not dial in the exact freq. Suddenly went off at 0116.

SDR recording catch. Signed on at 0112 with an OM talking, rather weak. Sounded like synthesized speech.

Recorder Catch on 6925 USB

On 0110 w/ some mx, then OM talk over mx.  Ments of 2001 Space Odyssey and satellite technology.  More talk by an OM in an audio clip which seems to be Steven Hawking, which would of course explain the reports of synth talk.  0119 off after a short break in the audio.
