Just signing on now with Soviet Anthem. Very weak, just audible. The modulation could be low, difficult to tell.
Sounds like the 1942 Time Warp show?
Getting stronger by 2236z.
Good signal now at 2251z.

Very strong signal into MA needle is pinned hard over +S9 and superb audio with just a little selective fading..QSB. ID at 22:54....DJ Dick Weed.....Radio Free Whatever

Have been listening to Radio Free Whatever since about 2312 UTC on 6924.33 kHz, 5 July 2014.  Usual pleasant old old old songs with ID jingles between and an occasional live announcement by DJ Dickweed.  Not very strong and there's a lot of Spanish traffic QRM now.  Was clear early on.  For those interested, here's a link to a Youtube video of my reception with station ID.
