0015z: Sounded like old recording of documentary or news report, woman's or child's voice describing LSD as "a religious experience", sounds like documentary about Millbrook, then Timothy Leary's mantra about "Turn on, tune in and drop out."  Off without ID.

Listening to mp3, sounds like OM announcer saying "At Millbrook, children as young as 9 were given LSD.  The drug was freely available...", sounds like documentary/news report about Timothy Leary's experiments with LSD including on kids at Millbrook, NY, during the 1960s.
