11/11/09 - Same heard here on 6925 USB between approx 2250-2300 UTC, Radio Ga-Ga ID, audio bits from a drill instructor with some hip-hop background music, references to veterans.  Ended with SSTV of a fellow in camos gnawing on what appears to be a rabbit.  Good signal through moderate noise and fades.
