MAC Shortwave, 6950.5am, 8-5-14, 45333

The Jimmy Stewart show - attempting to play a Tommy Dorsey tune at 0110z. Storm crash making some of the op tougher to pull out. Overall a good signal.

0215z - still S8-S9. Thanks for the show tonight Jimmy.

MAC SHORTWAVE / 6950 AM / 0120-0200+ / 2014.08.05
Signal deep in noise floor w/high static levels here in eastern Nebraska.  Copy difficult and details hard to discern. (Using a Tecsun PL660 w/ 1 kHz resolution.)
Some improvement in signal around local sunset (0138).
Able to hear some big band music.
During one break between music comments made by op about frequency adjustment for better reception?
