Cuba must be using the bubble jammer, one of many on this frequency, to jam Radio Marti... at least I think it's radio Marti, the jamming is quite effective at the QTH today.

I only mention this because I haven't heard 'Mr. Bubble' or quite some time... hmmm  :-\
