CYOT 6925 AM 2319 UTC 8 Aug 2014
« on: August 08, 2014, 2320 UTC »
Someone else is on 6925 also... 6924.994, playing music, vs the other UNID with the OM talking  (6924.985).
Sounds like old time music. Tough here, fading in and out with the other stn.

CW ID CYOT at 2337 and then off.

Fairly strong carrier here in GA, unfortunately, extra-extra noise this evening from T storms nearby.

Can hear some music, but cant quite make it out....maybe country-ish sounding?

I believe playing 'Under the Anheuser Busch' [old tune] @ 2320z then into old blues tune.  Only seeing one carrier here.
Peaking up to S9 @ 2325z with "You've Got to Pick a Pocket or Two".  CW ID @ 2337z and off.

S9 at 2319z. Old timey. "Under the Anheuser Busch" or therabouts.

2328z - Minnie the Moocher
2333z - Hot Nuts (from the Peanut Man)
2336z - CYOT ID in CW. Off. Still S9 at the end.

Thanks!

Very weak into Jersey. Still a little early so I bet the band will open up later tonight. BTW- Finally got my wifi to reach out to my listening post a few hundred feet from my house. Makes posting on the board much easier now!

Noisy mess on 6925 right now. I swear I'm hearing what sounds like 3 or more stations on top of eachother. Speech intertwined with "Close encounter" type tones and just plain jamming noises with music.
