Caught it here also at 0250 playing Mtn. Dew with ID's at 0254 and 0258 and with sign off at 0259. Signal was a S8 with good audio. Thanks for the late show WRR.

That frequency could be trouble. The hurricane nets in the Southeast USA occupy that 6913 to 6918 chunk of frequencies this time of year.

I'd stay away that frequency until hurricane season is over.

Also, 6913.5 USB is a MARS net frequency. Using 6915 USB is a really really bad idea.
