Radio Ga-Ga 6969 USB

First time I've heard Radio Ga-Ga on this frequency, 6969 USB.
11/16/09, 2333z: Radio Ga-Ga ID, Steely Dan "Do It Again", followed with SSTV, Steely Dan "Rent Party '09" tour.  Fair reception, heavy local RFI on this frequency.
