Insane Radio 6924.4 AM 0212z 9.1.14
« on: September 01, 2014, 0216 UTC »
0212z Was hearing music then ID popped out of noise
0214z ID "Insane Radio" loop

Tough copy through rising static, almost appeared to be DSB but I see a carrier? Confusing but it's there for now 0214z at s7 in s6-7 noise

Frequency @0224z is 6924.380 in AM mode [Not sure what I was seeing earlier but carrier clearly there now]

0228z ID loop [signal up to s8-9 but noise rose as well]
0233z either faded out or lost audio, just see carrier down to 24.370
0240z no audio since 0233z so aborting listening for it...

Nothing I got can pull it back up to readable level ???

First heard at 2205 UTC for about 2 minutes on 6924.4 KHZ or so with a boomy audio and plenty of pesky QRM. Came back on about 5 minutes later with muffled audio. No ID heard here....
Clear Insane Radio loop ID at 0228 UTC, into a song op played last night
0234 UTC Signal much clearer now! I think you scared the peskies away ;D
After a hard rocking tune, British accented comedy skit at 0243 UTC
( I think the harsh noise and static level is masking the audio to a great degree.)
0247 UTC Same mention of Corporation and Hobby Lobby as last night....(those are some interesting commandments  :o )
I believe this is a repeat of last nights program....I can hear some of it clearer tonight than last night, particularly since 0247 UTC
0259 UTC "Insane Radio" looped ID's then OFF
(No question of ID tonight! Thanks for another evening of all around craziness ;D )

0205 - First noticed, faded down to nil, and then faded back up a little around 0210...

0223 -  a few dashes of carrier on the waterfall, and bits of audio here and there, nothing intelligible - big difference from last night, if this them...

No Positive ID here...

SDR recording catch. Came on at 0204 with music, repeated echo ID, off at 0208.
Back on at 0212 with more music, echo IDs, and wow, a nice clear ID, thanks!

Generally, S9+10, peak to S9+15 at 0224 then the signal crashed as the band went long. The carrier remained visible with just traces of audio until apparent sign off at 0314.
