Audible now in Ukraine with a good level. Weird wail with various pitch and long echo. Similar to XM Whales but sounds new for me.

Sounds like XM / Whales / Backwards Music to me.  No two instances of XM sound exactly the same, but many are pretty similar, this sounds a little more unusual than normal.  Theories on XM run from aliens to simple feedback.  My money is on feedback ;)  This instance of XM may lend support to the feedback argument.

In this instance the XM is in the middle of a CODAR sweep.  The CODAR can be heard sweeping over the signal every second or so.  But, more than that, it seems that the CODAR is actually changing the sound of the XM and can be heard echoing in the XM.  This would suggest to me that the open receiver in the feedback loop is in a location that can also receive the CODAR signal.
