I'm hearing the Linconshire Poacher IS at 0031 UTC! I was parked on 6925 USB when it came up all of a sudden with some pesky QRM. 0037 UTC Man repeating nonsense numbers.
{I thought it was a man with a high pitched voice, but the other posts are correct...it does sound like a woman's voice. Hmmm...Son of the Lincolnshire Poacher ??? (I'll listen back on the recording)
ID by man at 0036 is tough copy...all I get is "Lincolnshire Poacher". No copy on the ID at 0041. Overall signal was fair at peaks.}
EDIT-Listened back again today and this program does not seem to be the same as the zany Bangalore Poacher parody....maybe a copy of a legit recording from back when this was originally being heard, with a little augmented voice ID added in? Still can not hear the " Son of " in my recording, so I'm going with the other posts on this one....ummmm, please QSL? 8)
EDIT #2 Question Mark removed in Subject....

SINPO: 23332 - weak

Also hearing this one...

0033 - Electronic Tune
0033 - Numbers spoken in Eng by YL
0036 - An OM saying something in EE (possible ID)
0037 - Electronic Tune
0038 - Numbers spoken in Eng by YL
0038 - Short tones, followed by more numbers in Eng by YL
0041 - Short Tones
0041 - Electronic Tune
0041 - ID by OM in Eng spoken very slowly: "This is the ... Linclonshire Poacher"
0042 - QRT

The numbers spoken by the YL, were clearer than the ID's by the OM.

First time hearing this one, I'll remember that tune. It's an ear worm.

Thanks jFarley I wasn't able to make out what the male said, the female voice was loud and clear except for the static.

Tuned in at 0033utc, poor sig, numbers in English in groups of five by female voice, said "this....is....the....Lincolnshire....poacher", comical electronic tune suitable for an ice cream truck, more groups of five numbers in English by female, "ice cream truck" tune again, very slow ID again, R2000 & dipole.
Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Tough copy here. The Lincolnshire Poacher music and numbers audio was OK, but the added OM voice at the end was buried under the noise.
