11/20/09 - Wasn't watching clock but between just before 0300z to roughly 0330z, heard WEAK on 6925 USB w/ several Jerky Boys prank call recordings.  Good signal peaks but lots of fades to inaudible.  Very quiet conditions so it almost sounded like volume being turned up and down.  Heard similar effect later with Outhouse Radio playing Hendrix.
