I don't know if this was the same situation but right now I am copying a QSO on 6925khz 0110utc LSB Sept 17, 2014... with a number of persons in this QSO.  No foolishness just  a standard QSO...

Is there anyone that is up on their Spanish that can tell exactly what this stuff is???  I don't know why but this bugs me... <sigh>
