May just be pesky transmitting music but sounds more like pirate. Very weak here with somebody preaching in background???

If you go back in the domestic log, I noted the very same kind of "sound", exact same freq... Seems Mr. Pesquie' wants to play Mr. Microphone on weekends... It threw me since it didn't sound like anything but a pirate...
With activity like we've seen lately, better to log it & be "wrong" than ignore it & it be the real thing...
