Am hearing mostly CW numbers around 18wpm on 6881.  Sending is a little choppy--either by a straight key or a "bug".  Also hear one or two characters I've not heard on ham CW--a longer "AR" character followed by a bunch of dits.

Any clues as to who is sending?

--Leigh in Santa Barbara, Calif.  Am listening on a 50' long wire with a Index Labs QRP-Plus ham rig.
