Hi I'm kinda new here so I'm not sure if this it where this belongs but anyway here goes!

While scanning through the stations on websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901 I came across a sound that was pretty odd! It sounded almost alien like! Anyone know what it might be? Link to audio recording - http://ge.tt/5EhiU322/v/0?c  you first hear the sound at about 3 seconds in

I logged some details;
Date = 15/10/2014
Time = 18:48 UTC
Frequency = 13188 KHz
Bandwidth = 2.49 KHz

I think, it's spurious product of pager's strong signal on 26950 kHz.
