6969.9 khz  AM  S5 ish on peaks

Been listening for awhile now, pops up above the noise briefly at times, music, 1:16 utc male DJ talking , English?  might be a euro-pirate?

1:18 utc still on but I can't get an ID
1:21 utc  talking just audible.....still no ID
....
1:30 utc jazzy sound tune playing now
