Usual killer signal here into Western MA at 0119 UTC tune in with Big Band tunes so far. ID's at 0123 and 0031 UTC, into a Rockabilly tune with some killer piano
0137 UTC "Love Is Strange"-Mickey & Sylvia
0142 UTC "Strange Brew"-Cream
0145 UTC "People Are Strange"-Doors (Been waiting for this one..thanks! :))
Signal dropped into the noise around 0155 UTC :(
0214 UTC Wolverine Radio echo ID, into SSTV
Hmmm...did I miss "Strangers In the Night" by Old Blue Eyes?
Thanks for the strange show tonight Wolverine! You had me stumped on a lot of these tunes. The noise tonight didn't help either.

Booming in here too ... Lots of oldies and a clear Wolverine Radio ID at 0136 ...  I'm just learning how to insert images
so bear with all the failed attempts at editing this message!

6950/u Wolverine Radio ID at :36 and the rest of the show was
was 'strange' themed including Eric Clapton, "Strange Brew"
and The Doors "People are Strange" as well as Leon Russell
"Stranger in a Strange Land" and Roxy Music "No Strange
Delight". R.E.M. "Strange" was at the ToH (others reported
signal dropping significantly before this, but still booming
in here!) and INXS "Strange Desire" at :01. Several other
"Wolverine Radio" IDs but no other announcements. Beck "Strange
Apparition" was next, at :05 and then at :09 Muddy Waters
"Strange Woman" into ID and SSTV slide (above).
5554+4+ banging in at 20 over and wonderful modulation. Good
show as always from Wolverine. 0133-0216* 21/Dec --Zichi MI

DXing *either* from:
MI -- South Central Lower Michigan with a 25 m randomwire and a LOT of local noise!
or
MI2 -- the tip of Michigan's Thumb with a 100 metre longwire and much quieter conditions.  Radios can be either an SPR-4 or IC-R71A or SDRplay

Indeed -- the Doors "People are Strange" and Leon Russell "Stranger in a Strange Land" -- one I haven't heard since the 70s!

Wolverine always pulls out the interesting stuff!

Nice signal into the Mojave Desert as almost always for Wolverine.  My wife guessed the "strange" theme in the middle of the second song.  She is a Wolverine fan and looks forward to the shows, recognizing the "test" message as soon as she hears it ;) .

Thanks!
