00:28 ID ? Radio...
00:29 song techno pop with male overlay "People are Still Having Sex"
00:38 possible ID - lots of background hash here signal topped at S8
00:40 music still on -- signal took a nose dive

Down to S4 and poor @ 0015, back up to S6 @ 0026.
Down in the noise @ 0040.  Back up a little @ 0140.  Off @ 0144.
