Just signed on. Seems to be DSB, and possibly 6951.078?
Playing movie clips related to Groundhog Day (possibly from the movie itself, I am not sure yet).

hearing man & woman talking with sounds of audience or crowd at the S7 static level at 0015.   man mentioning groundhog day at 0018...singing also "groundhog day, groundhog day."  sounds like extended mix of "roll out the barrel" at 0020.  took a dip way under the static or off at 0031.

Here at S7 signal at 0011 UTC with some kind of Groundhog Day celebration. Mention of Charlie and UMASS..Hmmm...interesting program! Lots of crowd noises and festive music.
0022 UTC Man saying something about "in the eyes of the world....see his shadow..., into song about Groundhog Day ..."You can tell everyone in the neighborhood...."

0022 UTC, with S9 and heavy noise.
USB gives the best signal and copy.
0033 UTC, signal dropped dramatically and is almost not readable.

00:27 - Groundhog song with a polka beat.  S-7 but audio difficult.  Does anyone see a suppressed carrier at 6951.14?
