Sounded like a tape being played backwards, plus some echo effects.  S8 or better here.

That's how it sounded here. Very big signal in SAM- about 6 kHz wide.

I played back the few seconds of audio that I recorded.  It was "They're Coming to Take Me Away, Ha-Haa", played backward.

SDR recording catch, 0345 until 0348 UTC. About an SIO 333, but the modulation seemed low?
