Recording?  Spectrum shot?  Description of what the data sounded like?  As described in the sticky at the top of this forum, without a bit more to go on there is really no possibility of a correct answer over a wild guess.

Also, where was the receiver used located?  As described in the sticky, different parts of the World would have different possibilities.
