Trenton Military Volmet

The Trenton Military volmet station on 6754USB seems to be experiencing some technical difficulties as it sounds as though the transmitter has malfunctioned. Getting a loud buzzing sound tonight.
Monitoring Station:
Alinco DX R8T, Drake SW8,Grundig SATELLIT 750, BCD996XT, BCT15X
Antennas:
Diamond D777 VHF/UHF Civil/Mil Air band, DJ130 Discone, (2) 100' long wires for SWL.

I've been listening to the Trenton Military volmet on 6754kHz USB for multiple weeks now and all WX reports come back as no reports received??? Is Trenton Military being eliminated???
