1430z: SSTV (poor copy, too much local RFI, but can make out Radio Ga-Ga logo in green.  Set of Patsy Cline songs including "Crazy", "I Fall to Pieces", "Back in Baby's Arms".

Good signal peaks, rapid fluttering fades, occasionally buried under local RFI after 1445z.
