Sign my petition to keep FM radio alive in Norway!

You did read the part of the article that said the analog FM switchover will only affect the state run networks, correct?

I may have jumped the gun.  It looks as if some local stations will stay FM for a while.  I guess it comes as no surprise, considering Norway was the first to begin testing  of DAB in the late 90's.  Being such a 'progressive' state, Norway seems to like doing things like demolishing perfectly good MW stations.  Maybe it is the end of an era?
