UnId, 6950U, 0202 / 0220, 5/18/15.  One rock song at 0202.  Heavy metal to SSTV of what looks like a parrot in my decoding with something I can't make out at the bottom. Short clips of songs thereafter a la Captain Morgan.

Fair in lightning static.

Heard here but no ID.  Did get two SSTV images however.  Signal not that great but readable.

Mostly an S8 signal.
