UNID 14295 kHz AM 0035 28 May 2015
« on: May 28, 2015, 0057 UTC »
Unidentified station in AM on 14295 kHz.  Tonight appears to be Beatles for the most part, last night was Spanish music.  The bearing suggest Carribean area when combined with the Spanish music, but tonight I am not so sure.  This is the third pirate I have caught on this freq in 2 days.

Possible ID at 0057, but too weak to make out.

Got it here too, in and out of the noise.

"Yesterday" at 0119z, followed by announcer, possibly in Spanish.

Tuned in at 0121 UTC and had some weak music, then what sounds like an OM in Spanish....thought I heard the word "programa" in there.
0135 UTC There is something there but the static is just too heavy duty here.

Tuned in at 0145 to nothing but a little carrier, then at 0146 there was music for about 2 minutes.  Couldn't make out what the music was.  Then gone again.

2350 UTC and I'm getting a weak carrier here but no audio yet. I believe this is more likely a harmonic from the 60 meter band....4765 X 3....?

You may be on to something... I measured the carrier as about 14295.14 kHz, and there is a 60m station (which just got buried by *&%#! CODAR) on about 4765.045 kHz.  4765.045 * 3 = 14295.135 kHz. Difficult to make more precise measurements between the weak signal on 14295 and the CODAR on 4765.
