Strong open carrier at 2305 UTC then off. On abruptly at 2308 UTC with OM and a profanity laced tirade...OFF at 2309+ UTC
2312 UTC Back on again with a loud banter
2315 UTC OFF
2317 UTC Back on again....Off at 2319 UTC
