Just signed on. Very difficult copy here, due to the Cuban Jammer on 13605.  13600 is not a good frequency choice, if you want to be heard in the USA.

I picked up the same broadcast here in Sweden, but even I found it to be weak. I presumed they use a directional antenna and were aimed away from my direction, but as you say, if they had America in mind, it was not the best frequency to use.

That said, I think Spaceshuttle is certainly one of the more fun pirate stations to be heard on this side of the pond.
