9730 kHz
0000 15321 S5 Right about at the noise level. Was able to hear the IS. Can hear talking, but can understand much. Usually a pretty good signal (should be 45544).

11800 kHz
0000Z - Can hear a word or two occasionally and did not hear the IS. This frequency is usually solid and better than 9730.

Thanks Sun.

Here are some recent loggings of Radio Romania International in Southern New York, as always I listened outside with my Tecsun PL-660 shortwave receiver, the telescopic antenna was only used:

Radio Romania International - 9730 kHz - 6/23/15 from 0020 UTC through 0056 UTC - Listenable signal with moderate to severe fading.
Radio Romania International - 15170 kHz - 6/23/15 from 2030 UTC through 2100 UTC - Inaudible.

I did write a reception report for the 9730 kHz broadcast in hopes of getting their latest QSL card.
Florida, always listening via my Tecsun PL-660 receiver.

Both freqs were a bit better tonight (Jun 25, 2015, 0000-0100 UTC). Still a fair amount of noise, but at least can understand what they're saying without problem.
