I think I'm hearing SSTV on 6940 kHz USB....if so, how do i figure out what mode the SSTV tx is?

I had FSK (like RTTY) there at this time, not SSTV. Actually, pretty much all the time I have FSK there.

Yeah, after doing some digging I realized the spectrum didn't look like SSTV.   RTTY, 850 Hz shift, 140 baud if I'm doing this right.

I moved the thread to the Utility forum, it is not a mystery signal, it is STANAG 4481 FSK.
