Chinese language station 08:45 UTC 60 meter 4.460 am

Jan 1, 2010 at 08:45 UTC. I was receiving a Chinese station on 4.460 am in the West Coast (Los Angeles,CA). Anyone have a clue who it is????
Receiver: AOR 7030+
Antenna: Alpha Delta Dx Ultra @ 35 feet

thanks, i had an idea it was China, check 09 passport and it is listed as Central's People BS, Beijing. Wow good catch into the West Coast!!!

I dunno about LA, but Austral-Asia usually has booming signals into Vancouver. Pacific makes a great groundplane :)

Checkout some of the "outback" radio frequencies in the "tropical" bands, sometimes you can catch little 2.5KW Aussie relays.
