Tuned in to International Radio Report at 0048 UTC on 6950 kHz USB. Nice signal into northern New Jersey tonight. Discussion of the demise of CKOC Hamilton closing down its oldies program to become sports 1150 AM. News followed about the Hurricane Watch Net of ARO's on 14325 USB and 7268 LSB for updates on hurricanes. Was activated earlier today until tropical storm Erica was downgraded and hence went off air.

News followed about anorther type of ARO from Cincinnati fined $9000 for not using his proper call sign and not ID'ing properly every 10  minutes of operation, among other things.

Program ended with story out of Burkina Faso about government not wanting people to share their political commentary.

ID and e-mail address at 0059 UTC before sign off. Very interesting program indeed!

SIO=454 using Eton e1 + PAR EF-Z in back yard.
