Again with the strange music and sounds in the ham band. S5 today. Same as earlier. Out at 1443. Completely gone.
Can hear faint talking underneath. Turning the hex beam toward Europe , it's a Russian ham calling cq.

The signal faded out here around 1443. Is anyone else still hearing it?

They're operating within the 17 meter ham band.  :o

About a S3 here, noisy, but completely readable signal.  Not hearing anything else from 18068 - 18168 kHz

Completely gone by 1445 UTC (stepped away from the radio for a minute, came back and it was gone).

Weak, but audible here @ 14:39z...signal seems to be improving.  Suddenly off at 14:43z.
