WRRI 6931 USB 0212 UTC 04 OCT 2015
« on: October 04, 2015, 0231 UTC »
Briefly heard a Rush song followed by ID by YL, repeated several times.... and then off.
"WRRI, Radio Random International" is my best guess.  Wish I had the recorder on :(
Fair copy.

Update:  hearing music on 6931 again @ 0240, weaker than before.
Clear WRRI ID @ 0243 by YL.
Getting brief fade-ups to S7 @ 0246 with "Mountain Music" by Alabama.
0249 - "Good Time" by Alan Jackson

I had bits and pieces of music during this time period, but nothing identifiable, and no ID. SIO 111 at best.
