The signal of KLDE is here, in Ukraine, at the moment with SINPO = 45423-45433. The reception is even better than past year was!

That's a pretty awesome catch considering you're in Kiev.

Are you able to hear the Latin American DX that often comes in with the STLs on 25910 FM, 25950 FM and 25990 FM?

The frequencies to check are:

26225 USB
26555 LSB
26585 AM
26705 AM
26715 AM
27455 USB
and 27600 to 27800 in 5 kc steps.

I've noticed that a lot of stations from South America hang out in the 27600 to 27900 range and they often are loud when the Texas based STLs are active.
U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/scanners/receivers

Thanks for the reply.

Among all NA STLs I heard only KLDE on 25910 kHz and sometimes traces on 25990 kHz, no other signals were being observed here so far.

Also WWV was heard on 25000 kHz at the end of past year.

As for LA DX, I have never heard anything from Latin America there yet. However, thanks for the tip, I shall be checking the frequency list from time to time.
