Picking up a weak signal, I can  tell that music is playing and at 2227z there was the voice of a man but I was unable to make anything out.

Off or just totally lost in the noise at 2239z.

Too weak in the noise here to discern anything.

SDR recording catch, 2222 sign on with Alan C Masyga, then into Alan Parsons Project "Breakdown".
Mixed signal strength, SIO 222 to 444, until a big fade out around 2234, when it vanished into the noise floor.
