SDR recording catch.

0145 sign on with EAS alert tone. OM talking, tough copy, but I heard the CanadianRadioAfterDark@gmail.com email address. About an SIO 222 overall.
0238 Off, or signal lost.

Caught this beginning around 0140gmt., heard weather temp.'s reported in c. degrees & off @ 0150.
o.k. signal. Difficult to  tune precisely, assume usb.
