Up Against The Wall Radio was active circa 1992-1995.  This was a relay of an old show. The announcer mentions Nemesis' one year anniversary of Radio Doomsday, so that would place this program from 1994.  I don't know anything in regards to D.B. Cooper.

if the program was that old.

Yes it was changed to Box 1, Belfast, NY but I doubt the droperator can still contact the op.
