Just saw this on the DXLD mailing list. Head's up!
Dear Mr Hauser,
Please be informed that new Europe based pirate station Tipperary Radio is making irregular test broadcasts of our facilities and transmitter during the month of December between 6.200khz-6400khz [has been logged on 6280 & 6295]

Special limited edition, numbered postal QSLs are available free of charge for this inaugural broadcast for all correct reports sent via email to radiotipperary@hotmail.com containing the sender's name and street address. EQSLs are not available.

Our regularly scheduled broadcasts shall commence after the holiday season, when sobriety will be less random and our mental faculties and physical abilities less compromised.
Thank you and be well,
(Timothy Tipperary, Dec 8, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
