Unid 6935 USB 2320z 1/05/2016
« on: January 05, 2016, 2325 UTC »
Strong station came up on frequency so far playing instrumental like music. Any help with the genre would be greatly appreciated.
Off at 2330z no station id.

Others below are posting music on 6935 USB now, but the frequency has been dead to me save peskies on LSB, since 2330, it's now 0006. Could be another station.

I either couldn't hear it or I just missed it entirely cuz all I hear is rice krispies. I'm sure Smolinski or Farley will have a nice recording to help you ID the tunage.

Just tuned in at 2341 UTC and I'm getting some weak music amidst the noise and the peskie bleeding over from LSB. I hear a lead guitar solo at the moment, but no ID on the song yet.
2350 UTC I'm still hearing some music at threshold here...hmmm

There is some music there. I'm getting either interference or a ute but music is getting through.

Wow, just got loud with the next song. "Let your hair down baby" blues. "If you don't let your hair down we won't have no fun at all". Great guitar piece.

SDR recording catch, heard until 2356 sign off with water droplet sound effects. No ID. About an SIO 333 here, mostly blues music from what I could tell.
