0340utc, there's a carrier I can hear. I wishes I could get it with music. Maybe somebody else has it?

 Yes there was a carrier there but the signal I could not hear!

I noticed it from 0246 sign on, on the SDR recording.
Off at 0414. I may have had traces of audio now and then, but that was about it.
