Good news - the Radio Azteca QSL Whore finally caught him again, after missing the last couple relays.

Mostly "unusable" in Wyomissing.  Better at 1400, but now, at 1413, it is hard copy.

Switching from AM to ECSS helped initially, but no longer.

Excellent signal here at 1429 UTC with the end of "Animal Stories, IS, then "Radio Azteca" ID and "Editorial Comments"
1432 UTC "Ask Doctor Radio"..."How long is a longwire antenna"
