I have noticed this station now for weeks it seems. Same footprint, as noticed by the sharp 5 khz bandwidth. Been on all day.

Just saw him move to 6940.

He must be monitoring his own signal via online SDR.

Fair signal with peaks to S5. Usually improves close to sunset.
