UNID 6925 AM 1541 UTC 6 Feb 2016
« on: February 06, 2016, 1545 UTC »
Have a decent carrier, but not much audio is making it here. Just bits & pieces . . . and it's buried. Seems to be getting a bit better at 1545

1547: Sounds like a ham (or MARS?) net being relayed by someone in AM mode here. I guess it must be the unid station that's been on through the morning & afternoon lately relaying lots of stuff

Rough copy here  - it's right at my noise level and I can just make out enough that it sounds like the typical 40 meter ham chatter. I have to agree that it sounds like the UNID Relay station that pops up from time to time.

1553 - miscellaneous ham chatter
======================
1840 - Signals are getting better - chatter is readable now
1842 - Sounds like a relay of "The Noontime Net" on 40 meters. Most likely on 7268.5 or 7283.5 kHz. This is a west coast net. Net control is WB7NMZ.
