Weak signal, possibly a song by the Band when I tuned in at 2245 UTC.  S5-S6 in NY, but a lot of that is just atmospheric noise.  As per Iann's chat, this is Radio Focus International.

Seems to be in USB @ 0242 with music and OM talking.  S2 to S3, mostly rough copy.
There does appear to be a carrier, but the upper sideband seems much stronger.
