I receive yesterday February 27.2016 Beacon CZ in Northeast FRANCE at 19H40 UTC of 11428,17 Khz signal was poor S1 to S2 maxi, is very good DX for my, extrem reception, very long Way from USA to Northeast FRANCE :

Just ran across this thread and decided to check. I am hearing the beacon about RST 439 in SE Fla. Just a hint of QSB.
